News:
Thanks to everyone who came along to the trans and supported our raffle. Thanks to SSFC for the Jersey and for Saturdays function we didn't mind the rain and enjoyed chatting with the players. 
Congrats to Mick Tasker from the burrow who won the raffle the jersey will have pride of place on his wall now!
This Friday we must beat the knights to claim outright 8th spot and hope that the dogs don't win by 40+ what we win by. How does the Oxley Hotel sound for week 1 of the finals? It will be the Sunday afternoon game.
For the broncos game in Round 25 we will once again be at the Transcontinental Hotel which is opposite roma street station. We will also be raffling off a signed jersey. 
On Saturday 27th August the team will be at Roma st Parklands to say g'day to the QLD fans from 4.30pm to 5.30pm. The merchandise van will also be there.

Well its deja vu all over again with a late run to the finals being mounted by the team. A nail biting golden point win over the arch enemies the rooster via a Chris Sandow  51 metre field goal. Followed by the greatest ever comeback win against last years premiers the dragons when we were 20 nil down after 20 minutes but we were able to get in front and then mount another surge to take back the lead in the last 5 minutes to win 34-24! Last Monday night was a game to savour a repayment of some of the thrashings we have been on the end of since reinstatement we completely annihilated the eels 56-6. Nathan Merritt scored 5 tries to equal some rabbitoh legends in Ian Moir and Harold Horder and he now has 110 tries for Souths.
